The Portal is a structure in the travel location Lake of Sorrow. When restored it unlocks the Lake of Sorrow's Island area which contains the Fairy Tree.

When restored it unlocks the Island area of the Lake of Sorrow, allowing the player to enter the island in the middle of the lake which contains the Fairy Tree.
