McManus is a magician.
He was first met in the Dark Reach event, where he exchanged items.[1]
Later he is met again when the player is invited to a Ball at the Duke's, on occasion of Duke Browdy's wedding to a Marquise. There he is revealed as being or having become a Court Magician. He is involved in research and request the player to bring him ingredients.[2]
